Directions from Idaho Falls:
- Head northeast on US-26/Yellowstone Highway - 19 miles
- Turn left onto N 160 E (Sign to Kelly Canyon Ski Lodge)
- Go strait through 4 way stop
- Turn right onto E 100 N/Heise Rd/Poplar Loop (There is a "Y" in the road here, head toward Heise Hot Springs)
- Keep left to stay on E 100 N at Mountain River Ranch
- Cross the bridge at the Snake River and turn right onto E Heise Rd
- Drive past Heise Hot Springs, 7 N Ranch and Kelly Canyon Ski Lodge (road becomes gravel road after the ski lodge)
- At the "Y" intersection go left up the hill at Road 218
- Continue up Road 218 approximately 2 miles. Follow the signs to the parking area.
